Some advice from our Director of Operations, Corey: SLEEP!
The last few years I’ve read about and experienced first hand the importance of a good night’s sleep. Memory, focus, stress levels are all affected by how much time we give our body to recover and repair itself after a hard day’s work. Don’t short change yourself on sleep, or you’ll short-change yourself on what you’re able to do while you’re awake!

Here are our favorite tips:
- No matter what is happening, I make sure to get in the bed within the same timeframe every night (8:30 – 9:00 pm).
- A VERY COLD room with a nice blanket.
- Blue light blocking glasses on by 8:30 pm
- Stretch for 5 minutes right before bed.
